Of course you may! Hopefully your order still meets our requirements for returns. You may find these in the ‘RETURNS’ tab section.

  • For paid but unshipped out orders, contact us on our social media pages or shoot us an email with your complete and final order details for any size changes you might need.
  • For shipped orders, we will not be able to change or replace your order. If it is a sizing issue, we suggest you return the item to us for exchange within seven (7) days.

Cut-off for placing orders is Wednesday at 4 pm. Orders that don’t reach the cut-off time will be ready for dispatch and shipped out at the next shipping date. Kindly expect 1-3 days for Metro Manila orders and 5-10 days for provincial orders

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that you are satisfied with your purchase! While we do understand that there might be factors beyond our control that warrant an exchange or return, we will not be able to accept these returns after seven (7) days as we have very strict policies in place regarding hygiene and safety measures.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the error on our part! If you received a damaged item, kindly email us at @orders@womanlymanlyactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may assist you right away! Don’t forget to send us detailed pictures of the item/s along with any issues you may have with the product.

If you haven’t received your order yet, you can track it using the tracking number on your waybill. 

  • First of all, we would like to apologize for the error on our part! If you received the wrong package, slide into our DM’s on Instagram or Facebook, or shoot us an email, and someone will assist you right away. 
  • If your order is incomplete, reach out to us on socials or via email and let us know which order has not yet arrived and we will ship it out right away! 
  • Don’t worry about the shipping, for any errors on our part the shipping to and from your place is on us! 
  • For size changes, we only accept returns and exchanges within seven (days) 
  • We won’t be able to refund you back your cash for any returns or exchanges.

YES! We deliver nationwide in the Philippines. 

It usually takes 1-3 working days for Metro Manila orders and 5-10 working days for orders outside of Metro Manila.

  • We will be using Black Arrow Express for both Metro Manila and provincial orders. 
  • Shipping fee is a flat rate of Php 100.00 per cart for Metro Manila orders, and Php 225.00 per cart for orders outside Metro Manila. We offer free shipping for all orders Php1500 and up!
  • You may also book your own pick up for rush orders. 
  • We also allow direct pickups from our warehouse for free.

We offer FREE pick up of your order from our warehouse located at Western Bicutan, Taguig, Philippines. Unfortunately, viewing and trying of items prior to purchasing at our online store is not allowed. Kindly inform us ahead of time if you have chosen to pick up your order from our warehouse instead of having your order shipped via courier. 

For pick-ups at our warehouse, kindly present the following:

  • At least one (1) valid government-issued ID 
  • Letter of authorization if someone else will be receiving your parcel. 
  • Email or text confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. 

There are several options available for you to choose from. You can pay via bank transfer, COD, PayPal, Tendo Pay, credit card and GCash.

  • If you`re having any doubts as to whether or not your payment went through, kindly check your email for an acknowledgment order receipt. If you haven’t received any email, chances are your payment did not go through. 
  • You can always message us on Instagram or Facebook to confirm and place your order again. 
  • Upon checking out, click on the Cash-on-Delivery option. You will receive an email which will contain your COD payment and instructions. Before shipping out your order, someone from our staff will get in touch with you to make sure this is a confirmed order. 
  • Please prepare the exact amount for your payment already enclosed in an envelope to avoid transmission of the virus.
