- Overstretching your bands might lead to small tears in the latex, which will eventually cause them to snap. Your bands comes with different resistances per color to fit your own work out needs and strength.
- Keep your bands away from direct sunlight, and instead store them in a cool, shaded place. This will stop the sun from bleaching and drying out the band.
- Try to avoid using soaps, hand oils and lotions on your bands as it will deteriorate the strength of the band.
- The best and easiest way to clean your bands is to use a simple, damp cloth and go over both the inside and outer area of your bands on a regular basis.
